Position Overview
We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team, supporting the DACH and IBERIA regions. In this role, you’ll identify and engage potential customers, qualify leads, and drive interest in our solutions. You must be fluent in German and Spanish, with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, international environment.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the DACH and IBERIA regions, you will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying new business opportunities. Acting as the first point of contact with prospective customers, you’ll identify needs, spark interest in our solutions, and help drive pipeline growth. This role requires fluency in both German and Spanish, as you will be engaging directly with stakeholders across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, and Portugal.
Responsibilities
Proactively prospect and engage with potential customers via phone, email, and social channels
Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities for the sales team
Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align outreach strategies
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system
Continuously improve outreach techniques and messaging to resonate with regional audiences
Minimum Requirements
Fluent in German and Spanish (both written and verbal)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Driven, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus
