Job Description:
Cambria’s Sales Development Manager will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, facilitating and evaluating learning programs to enhance the skills and
Are you a master facilitator, an inspiring teacher, and a catalyst for behavior change? Cambria is looking for a Sales Development Manager to serve as the voice and face of our sales learning experience — delivering world-class training content, coaching sellers through application, and driving consistent adoption of Cambria's sales process in the field.
This is not a program-building role. The content is provided. The mission is delivery excellence. If you are an other-centered facilitator who creates lightbulb moments, earns credibility in the room, and leaves sellers more capable and more confident than when they arrived - you belong here.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Core Facilitation & Onboarding
Lead live, virtual, and field-based sales training sessions using Cambria’s playbook, showing up prepared, high-energy, and completely locked in every time.
Listen and understand before you jump in, creating an environment where reps discover insights on their own rather than just being lectured at.
Bring genuine energy and conviction to every session, keeping things dynamic and practical so reps are motivated to use what they learn.
Actively listen, validate questions, and tie every training concept directly back to the real-world deals and challenges your reps face.
Read the room, adjust for different learning styles, and confidently go off-script when that's what the team needs.
Own the onboarding experience for new reps, making sure they master Cambria’s sales process and tools from day one.
Integration & Collaboration
Act as our main bridge to external training partners, taking vendor content and customizing it so it feels authentic to Cambria's culture.
Help reinforce development programs for frontline managers, focusing on how they coach, drive accountability, and manage performance.
Keep tabs on training effectiveness, behavior change, and actual sales impact.
Partner with L&D, Sales Tech, and Marketing to ensure our training stays accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Commands a room with passion, energy, and ego-free confidence. Speaks with a conviction that moves sellers to action and belief.
Drives active learning through self-discovery, real-world application, and creative communication like stories, analogies, and word pictures rather than lecturing.
Transparent, authentic, and warm. Quickly builds trust with diverse audiences and genuinely cares about the people in the room.
Read the room perfectly to adjust pacing, go off-script, or inject humor to keep engagement high and participants present.
Welcomes feedback to sharpen every session, models the behaviors expected of sellers, and possesses a continuous growth mindset.
Takes complete responsibility for prep and delivery. Fully invests in mastering Cambria’s sales context, while embodying professional integrity, customer focus, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Minimum Requirements:
