About You:

You will focus on delivering positive results as a leader of leaders and individual contributors for the sales development team across Access UKs group of companies.  You'll partner with teams across sales and marketing to achieve results and drive continuous improvement in performance and processes through the management of our inbound demand model.  In addition, collaboration with Sales and Marketing leaders will be key in ensuring team activities align with business goals and objectives. 

You will need to demonstrate the ability to guide your team as well as be hands on to create and execute prospecting and demand generation plans, extract customer needs and demonstrate product benefits, provide quotations, and help drive opportunities for sales. 

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Lead and coach SDR and BDR teams, fostering a positive, high‑performing culture.

  • Drive strategic plans to improve divisional performance and meet pipeline targets.

  • Align with senior sales and marketing leaders to deliver key initiatives.

  • Oversee inbound lead follow‑up, outbound prospecting strategies, and marketing activity engagement.

  • Ensure strong Salesforce adoption, KPI management, and accurate reporting.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Proven sales leader with a few years experience managing SDR/Inside Sales teams, consistently exceeding personal and team targets - in a SaaS environment is preferable

  • Strong business acumen with a track record of generating ideas that improve efficiency, performance, and process excellence across sales functions.

  • Exceptional communicator and relationship‑builder, leading from the front to motivate teams while maintaining excellent time management and administrative discipline.

  • Highly proficient in Salesforce, LinkedIn, Excel, and using reports, tools, and AI to maximise productivity and pipeline output.

  • Ambitious, proactive, and passionate about technology, personal development, and building a long-term career—based within commuting distance of Loughborough with a full driving licence.
