As the Sales Development Manager, Customer Engagement, Hospitals, you'll play a pivotal role in boosting revenues and enhancing business relationships for Sandoz through innovative RFP processes and strategic partnerships with GPOs and Health Authorities. You'll oversee GPO operational relationships, ensure RFP readiness and performance, and lead Business Reviews. Additionally, you'll analyze post-RFP results and collaborate with the Customer Engagement Hospital team to drive continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Coordinate cross-department collaboration to anticipate, strategize, and proactively execute RFPs.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Development to swiftly capitalize on off-contract opportunities.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality RFP submissions through effective internal team coordination.
  • Develop and maintain a task calendar to prepare key elements for RFP success in advance.
  • Conduct business reviews with top partners, aligning with the Hospital team's vision and needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create professional Hospital Signature style communication tools that distinguish our company from competitors.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree completed, preferred in sciences or any other related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in generic pharmaceutical industry.
  • 3- 5 years of proven experience in Canadian hospital market RFPs with Canadian group purchasing organizations (GPO).
  • Good Knowledge of MS office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Québec based.
  • Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory. Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines in a complex and dynamic market.
  • Business acumen, and a strong customer focus.
  • Strong analytical, collaborative, negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Operates effectively in a constantly evolving market.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Thriving in changing and ambiguous environments and able to deal with it with flexibility, agility, and creativity.
  • Agile and rapid interaction with Sales, Supply, and GPOs.
  • Solution-oriented with a can-do attitude.
