Key Responsibilities:

-Act as the central point of contact on assigned proposals and lead and guide the work of the team members needed for the project

Prepare detailed kick-off plans, schedules and outlines for all phases of the implantation of winning bids

-Work closely with Product, Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, Sales Team (along with any other colleagues necessary) to complete bids

-Monitor proposal content to ensure all requirements and criteria are met for the customer

-Communicate with customer, sales member who brought deal and internal support members on project status, additional information needed and any other necessary information

-Maintain and improve library of reusable components, templates and processes to reduce response time and improve quality of future bids and keep backup of master document sets

-Keep team informed of any changes or updates from Deal Desk or Customer

-Ensure proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting and quality standards

-Consolidate sections and/or documents developed by other team members into the required tender format

-Ad-hoc reporting

-For projects assigned by Sales Development Manager, continue to maintain customer satisfaction and needs of the customer as needed.

-Coordinating other responsibilities as assigned

-Key Educational Requirements: College graduate or equivalent in relevant experience

-Advanced Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
