Sales Associate MA
The Sales Associate plays a critical role in driving growth for Omnicell's Medication Adherence business. Partnering closely with Account Executives, this individual helps identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities across a portfolio of pharmacy automation, medication adherence, and recurring revenue solutions while supporting territory strategy, customer engagement, and sales execution. This role develops expertise in long-term care, institutional, correctional, specialty, and closed-door pharmacy operations, helping customers improve efficiency, medication adherence, and patient outcomes through innovative pharmacy automation solutions.
Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives to drive opportunities across a diverse portfolio of capital equipment and automation, software, consumables, and recurring revenue solutions designed to improve pharmacy operations and medication adherence outcomes.
Generate and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, research, outbound campaigns, and customer engagement.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, workflows, and business objectives.
Partner with Account Executives to support territory planning, pipeline development, and opportunity progression.
Assist with pricing, proposals, quoting, contracting, and sales-related business planning activities.
Demonstrate Omnicell solutions virtually and in person for prospective customers.
Represent Omnicell at trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing meetings.
Build knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication adherence programs, automation technologies, and industry trends.
Participate in customer implementations and cross-functional projects to strengthen solution expertise.
Maintain accurate CRM activity and contribute to achievement of territory and team goals.
