Curry Honda is looking for an experienced, high-energy Sales Desk Manager who knows how to lead from the front, develop talent, close deals, and drive dealership profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is not a role for someone who simply pencils deals. We're looking for a leader who can motivate a sales team, manage inventory effectively, maximize gross profit, and help create a culture of accountability, performance, and customer-first selling.

What You'll DoStructure and desk deals to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed monthly goals.
Monitor daily sales activities, appointments, follow-up, and closing ratios.
Work closely with Finance Managers and Sales Managers to ensure efficient deal flow.
Drive showroom traffic conversion and internet lead performance.
Manage trade evaluations and inventory utilization.
Conduct daily sales meetings and training sessions.
Ensure a world-class customer experience throughout the sales process.
Maintain high levels of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
3+ years of successful automotive leadership experience.
Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Desk Manager, Floor Manager, or Automotive Sales Director.
Strong desking and deal-structuring skills.
Proven ability to increase gross profit while maintaining CSI.
Experience managing salespeople and holding team members accountable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
Ability to perform in a high-volume dealership environment.
Honda or import franchise experience.
Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, VinSolutions, DealerSocket, or similar CRM experience.
Strong understanding of inventory management and digital retailing.
Track record of developing top-performing sales teams.
