About the RoleAs an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to provide personalized bath solutions that match their vision. This outside sales role uses advanced technology to design, present, and sell high-quality bath products directly in the customer’s home.
Your Responsibilities- Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- Build personalized bath designs with our easy-to-use software
- Provide pricing information and close sales consistently
- Participate in weekly sales training to continually improve your skills
- Educate homeowners on product features and benefits
- Maintain strong follow-up with customers to maximize satisfaction and referrals
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in home sales preferred; background in home remodeling is a plus
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
- Confidence in public speaking and delivering professional presentations
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Outgoing and personable, thriving in social and fast-paced environments
