About the RoleAs an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative solutions that fit their vision. This outside sales position involves using advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions directly in the customer’s home.
Your Responsibilities- Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- Participate in weekly sales training sessions to strengthen your skills
- Utilize our software to build personalized bath designs
- Provide pricing and close sales on a consistent basis
- Educate homeowners on product features and benefits
- Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills
- Experience in home sales preferred; remodeling industry experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
- Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Outgoing and personable personality
