This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Commercial Operations Analyst in Panamá with Signify.
Analyze sales and agent performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that support business growth.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for stakeholders across the organization.
Support sales planning activities, including forecasting, quota setting, and incentive program administration.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
Deliver training and guidance on sales tools, reporting platforms, and best practices to support team productivity and adoption.
More about you
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, business performance, or related areas.
Experience working with reporting and analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, Snowflake, Excel, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience supporting process improvement, change management initiatives, and collaborative cross-functional environments.
Fluent English communication skills required.
