As a key member of the Sales Operations team, the Sales Data Operations Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of sales data in Rubrik’s core business systems, primarily focused on Salesforce.com.  This role will act as the primary subject matter expert for all tasks related to sales data imports, cleanses, merges, and general data inquiries.  This is a highly cross-functional role that will ensure Rubrik Sales Operations, Field Sales Management, and other internal teams are working from the most accurate and complete sales CRM data possible. This position will be based in Bangalore India.

About the position:

• Build and maintain a set of processes with the goal of ensuring sales data quality and integrity issues are surfaced and addressed on an ongoing basis.
• Promote and increase sales data quality in SFDC and downstream systems with respect to critical sales data elements including: Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities.
• Create and publish sales data hygiene reports/dashboards in coordination with the IT team to ensure the broader organization has real-time visibility to the quality and integrity of sales data.
• Work closely with members of the Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to surface and address sales data quality issues.
• Review, cleanse, standardize SFDC data import files and work with IT to ensure data loads are completed accurately and promptly.
• Identify, investigate, and manage the end-to-end resolution of sales data quality issues.
• Seek data quality feedback from Sales Operations and cross-functional team members with the goal of continuous data quality and process improvements.
• Complete various SFDC data cleanup tasks which will include but are not limited to: account deduplication, account data enrichment, contact data cleanup and merging. 
• Proactively monitor the SFDC account creation process to prevent duplicates and ensure field requirements are being met.
• Participate in Sales Operations projects as the data quality subject matter expert to ensure data policies are being followed.
• RFP : Participate in Sales Operations projects as the data quality subject matter expert to ensure data policies are being followed.
• Collaborate with the sales and proposals teams to support Request for Proposal (RFP) processes by providing accurate sales data and insights as needed.
• Assist in the preparation, review, and coordination of RFP responses to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.
• Stay informed about AI-driven Salesforce capabilities and business automation tools to recommend and implement improvements that enhance sales data quality and operational efficiency.

About you:

• 6+ years combined experience within Sales Operations/Business Operations/Revenue Ops
• 5+ years Salesforce.com experience
• 1 year minimum in a Data Management/Operations role
• Experience with CRMFusion DemandTools is a plus
• Working knowledge of Google-Suite applications (Drive, Sheets, Documents, Slides etc)
• Exceptional ability to innovate upon existing processes in order to create greater efficiency
• Detail oriented and exceptional organizational skills
• Comfortable working in an ever changing environment with complex processes
• Ability to clearly communicate and explain complex data requirements to cross-functional teams
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Master Degree and SFDC certifications is a Plus
