The Role
Pfizer is hiring an enthusiastic and innovative, Sales Data Modeling with a strong focus on Sales Forecasting and Quota Management.
This role sits within the CE&I organization and will work closely with the Therapeutic Area Leads & CMO Country IC Lead responsible for the global Incentives & Quota Setting process to drive strategic partnership at local IC LT committee members: Country President, Finance Lead, Therapeutic Area Leads, CE&I Lead, GAV Lead and CMO BP.
This role is the key owner of sales forecasting and quota definition.
🎯 Impact of this role for CFCs and HCPs
This position will oversee sales performance across company's key products, ensuring accurate quota setting and tracking. Ensures that CFCs operate with accurate, fair and motivating quotas, enabling the right behaviors and accountability when delivering product information to HCPs.

📌 Primary Responsibilities
1. Leads Sales Forecasting & Quota Management.
• Owns end-to-end brand quota cycle: definition, validation, adjustment, tracking.
• Ensures quota methodologies are consistent, aligned, fair, and data-driven.
• Ensures all sales data used for quotas is accurate, timely, and validated.
• Partners with IC Local committee to ensure quotas reflect business priorities and field realities.
2. Ensures rigorous Sales Forecasting
• Identifies deviations early and proactively informs stakeholders.
• Ensures CFCs and managers have clear visibility on objectives and year-to-date achievements.
• Provides insights to support performance management and business decisions.
3. Strengthens IC operations through data excellence
• Ensures high quality and consistency of data processes across Business Units (One Pfizer).
4. Drives operational excellence, standardization, and automation
• Identifies opportunities for automation and new tools to reduce manual workload.
• Drives continuous improvement, efficiency, and scalability.
5. Strategic Business Partnering & Alignment
• Work closely with the CMO Country IC Lead to gain a deep understanding of the business landscape and BU strategies, and translate them into quota priorities
• Advises senior leaders on performance dynamics and quota impact.
🌟 What You Offer
Basic Qualifications
• Strong experience in sales analytics, performance management or quota management.
• 5+ years of commercial experience
• Fluency in Spanish & English
• Proven track record of delivering business performance and data excellence.
• Demonstrated agility and ownership in delivering complex programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Cross-BU experience or diverse functional background.
• Strong collaboration abilities and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Excel advanced modelling.
