Your role

As Sales Data Manager, you will be the go-to person for managing, analyzing, and optimizing sales data to support strategic decisions and improve commercial performance. You will work closely with the Sales & Logistics team and collaborate with Finance and Marketing to ensure data quality, consistency, and timeliness.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing adoptions and sales data flows and ensuring data integrity across company systems

• Analyzing trends, KPIs, and performance to provide actionable insights for commercial strategies

• Preparing reports and dashboards for management and operational teams

• Collaborating with the Sales team to optimize forecasting and planning processes

• Supporting pricing, promotions, and campaign initiatives through data analysis

• Ensuring data compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

• Coordinating projects to improve reporting systems and tools

• Working with local and international teams to standardize processes and share best practices

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Management Engineering, or related fields

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, or similar roles

• Strong knowledge of BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL)

• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations

• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

• Understanding of sales and logistics processes

• Fluent in Italian and English
