THE HIGH LEVEL

We're looking for a detail-oriented and curious Sales Data Intern to support our sales team by researching and collecting key business data from publicly available sources. In this role, you'll help build prospecting lists, validate company information, and surface insights that help the team prioritize and target the right accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING 

  • Research company and contact information using public tools such as LinkedIn, company websites, news articles, and databases.
  • Compile, clean, and organize data into spreadsheets or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Identify target accounts based on criteria provided by the sales team.
  • Track market trends, news, and trigger events that could be relevant to sales outreach.
  • Support ad hoc data and reporting needs as they arise.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE 

  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Clear and concise written communication.
  • Interest in sales, business development, or market research.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems or data tools is a plus, but not required.
