Senior Sales Engineer / Assistant Sales Manager – Fluid Connectors Division (Data Centers)
LOCATION
Bengaluru
OBJECTIVE/MISSION
To drive growth of Stäubli Fluid Connector Solutions in the Data Center market across South India and support opportunities in West India by developing strategic relationships with Liquid Cooling OEMs, Colocation Operators, Hyper-scalers, MEP Consultants, and EPC contractors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Roles and Responsibilities: The job encompasses but is not limited to the following Roles and Responsibilities:
➢ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Data Center segment across the assigned territory.
➢ Identify, develop, and convert opportunities with Colocation Operators, Hyper-scalers, Data Center Developers, Cooling Infrastructure OEMs, MEP Consultants, EPC Contractors, AI Infrastructure Providers
➢ Promote FCS product portfolio and provide technical-commercial support to customers and channel partners.
➢ Work closely with consultants and design teams for specification activities and product approvals in Data Center projects.
➢ Engage with EPC contractors and OEMs during project planning, bidding, execution, and expansion phases.
➢ Track Data Center project developments, market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements.
➢ Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, CRM updates and periodic market intelligence updates.
➢ Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, product management, operations, and customer service to ensure successful project execution.
➢ Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers and consultants.
➢ Achieve assigned sales targets, profitability goals, and strategic business objectives.
➢ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
QualificationsYEARS OF EXPERIENCE/AGE
8-10 years of experience in technical sales, project sales or business development within Data Centers, Liquid Cooling, Thermal Management, Mission Critical Infrastructure, HVAC or Fluid Systems. Established network within Data Center operators, Data Center cooling OEMs, consultants or EPC contractors is highly desirable.
QUALIFICATION
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical. MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
