The PositionAs Sales Data and Systems Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our data-driven growth strategies, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence that fuels sales performance. You will be collaborating across departments to ensure data accuracy, integration, and accessibility, empowering the entire organization to make informed decisions. Your sharp analytical skills will be instrumental in uncovering key market insights and identifying profitable opportunities, with a particular focus on expanding our market presence. This role will be part of Diagnostics Team.
The Opportunity
Sales Performance Optimization: Develop and maintain insightful sales dashboards, ensuring data accuracy to drive informed decision-making.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner effectively with Finance, Marketing, and other departments to leverage data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Data Integrity and Compliance: Meticulously manage sales data and ensure adherence to all relevant compliance and regulatory standards.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends and competitor landscape, translating insights into actionable strategies.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning by providing insights into sales data, product portfolio analysis, and customer performance trends.
Documentation and Process Improvement: Ensure meticulous documentation and continuously improve processes based on market insights.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate requirements and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful bid submissions.
Centralized Data Management: Manage and maintain a centralized sales data repository and project tracker for effective team collaboration.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of experience in sales reporting, data analysis, and project management, with a preference for experience in the medical device or diagnostics industry.
You are proficient in sales reporting tools (Microsoft and G Suite) and other data analytics platforms. You have strong skills in creating impactful presentations, spreadsheets, and proposals.
