Early-career Sales Data Analyst supporting Sales Operations by building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and metrics. We are looking for a curious and motivated Data Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data and wants to develop their skills within data analytics & business intelligence. This individual will work with data analysts, managers, and directors to build reports and dashboards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

1. Monthly Reporting & Data Analytics:

a. Help create & maintain monthly Power BI dashboards and metrics.

b. Work with data using Power Query, DAX, SQL, and Databricks.
c. Support user acceptance testing & review of reporting packages. 

2. Ad-Hoc Reporting & Analysis:
a. Participate in projects as assigned.
b. Strong attention to detail and follow up required.

3. Evaluation of Reports & Data:
a. Be responsible for the quality and accuracy of sales data, as assigned.
b. Work collaboratively with appropriate firm groups to ensure data accuracy.

4. Data Auditing:
a. Be responsible for basic data inquiries coming from sales, including leadership. 
b. Create and maintain views and dashboards as assigned.

5. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Information Systems, or relevant field (required).

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS
•    Experience with Power BI Required (internships or academic project experience can be considered).
•    Basic understanding of data visualization and reporting.
•    Familiarity with DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
•    Awareness of RDBMS concepts, and how data is stored/used.
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•    Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

EXPERIENCE:

•    1-3 years in data analytics or business intelligence roles in a professional services environment.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS:
•    Ability to work in fast-paced teaming environment with limited supervision (required).
•    Ability to interact professionally with external clients and prospects as well as firm leadership and other key internal stakeholders (required).
