The Sales Data Analyst will support our Tampa sales organization by building AI‑assisted workflows, optimizing data processes, and enhancing the efficiency of sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly confident with computers, advanced in Excel, and excited about leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • AI Workflow Development — Build and refine AI‑powered tools and automations using ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLM platforms to improve sales team efficiency.
  • Advanced Excel Modeling — Create dashboards, reports, and data models using pivot tables, formulas, macros, and data visualization techniques.
  • Sales Data Support — Clean, organize, and analyze sales data to support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking.
  • Process Optimization — Identify inefficiencies and propose AI‑ or Excel‑based solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Cross‑Team Collaboration — Partner with sales representatives and managers to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Tool & System Enhancement — Support improvements to CRM data quality, reporting templates, and internal documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, formulas, charts; macros a plus)
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to automate tasks or build workflows
High confidence with computers, digital tools, and learning new systems quickly
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly with non‑technical stakeholders
Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to experiment with new technologies
Preferred (Not Required)
Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Basic understanding of sales operations or pipeline management
