The Sales and Customer Support Specialist will help assist both the retail sales and customer service teams. You will support our retail customers by managing orders, pricing, store support, and providing product knowledge. Under the guidance of the Director of Sales, Retail, your efforts will help ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction within our retail segment.

You Will:

  • Coordinate special order requests for products and literature.

  • Manage inventory for retail point of purchase (POP) displays.

  • Assist customer service with orders, pricing, and daily tasks.

  • Handle shipping and receiving for POP and parcel post shipments from the retail office to customers.

  • Support trade show preparation by organizing forms, samples, and literature.

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information.

You Have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions and requests.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Ability to physically manage parcel post and small LTL shipments.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
