Overview

The Client Service Center (CSC) team at Deutsche Bank is responsible for Account Opening all brokerage clients to our vendor platform. As part of the team, you will partner with sales, operations and control functions to submit account opening information that satisfy internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks. CSC team also acts as a support team for capital markets sales team based in NY. You will be assisting front office teams with all non-client-facing activities like account update, money movements etc. Lastly, this team also covers self-directed brokerage clients; you will be responsible for providing an excellent experience to these clients by assisting them with any issues and helping them manage their accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Review client application for any new brokerage account and submit information and documents to control functions for review and approvals. You will be required to learn some internal (Appway) as well as external (NetX 360) application for this.
• Coordinate communications regarding missing document/information with sales and be responsible to make sure the account gets opened as efficiently as possible.
• Facilitate money movement from all accounts including wires, transfers, ACATs and rollovers
• Assist with non-trading activities like providing online access, updating cost basis, capital calls etc.
• Review activity across all accounts covered directly by CSC team
• Cover CSC phone line for any client calls and assist them with executing trades, asset movement etc.

Skills You’ll Need

• Finra Series 7 and 63 Registrations
• Understanding of brokerage platform; account types, industry standard etc.
• Understanding of financial instruments
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, Florida office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, Florida is $60,000 to $80,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
