SALES CORPORATE – BOLOGNA
Marsh Risk is looking for a candidate to join our Sales team within the Corporate business segment, dedicated to private middle-market clients at our Bologna office.
What can you expect?
Your contribution to growth in the Commercial/Sales area through new business development and analysis of the local market will be carried out through the following activities:
support prospecting and commercial development activities through a consultative, specialist approach and by liaising with all company functions;
collaborate with the team to identify new prospects by conducting territory analyses and targeted market research;
manage sales negotiations autonomously (prospect research, cold calling and organizing meetings with new potential clients, preparing commercial proposals, monitoring sales KPIs and updating the CRM);
contributing to the development of new business opportunities in line with shared objectives;
understand clients’ risk exposure and support senior colleagues in advising on insurance strategy solutions and managing client portfolios;
understand and support clients regarding changing conditions in the insurance market and risk management;
achieve sales targets and manage the CRM;
stay up to date on industry developments and trends, attend events and conferences representing the company, and maintain a broad and influential professional network.
Requirements:
Degree in Economics, Law, Political or Social Sciences, or related fields;
Proven professional experience in the insurance sector, preferably in commercial/sales client-facing roles;
Good command of English (B2) in addition to Italian;
Good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common IT tools;
Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives and results.

What we offer:
The position is offered on a permanent basis.
We propose a gross annual salary starting from € 36.000 for a full-time position. Depending on experience, skills and qualifications, we are willing to consider compensation above the starting salary. Variable remuneration may be granted in accordance with company policy. Further details will be shared during the selection process or directly in the employment contract.
The National Collective Bargaining Agreement (NCBA) applied is "Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi”.
