This position will be responsible for the Lenox Location Service orders. Responsible for Sales quotations, entering sales orders, providing RMA’s to customers, coordinating customer emergencies, maintains and updates  OLB file.

Responsibility will include:
  • Preparing quotations and processing incoming sales orders.
  • Respond effectively and efficiently to internal and external customer inquires.
  • Escalate issues related to customer requests as needed, to applications manager or direct manager.
  • Coordinate customer emergencies, with workshop and warehouse to ensure requirements are met.
  • Follow up on all customer quotations with both customer and sales team. In a weekly organized manor.
  • Coordinate weekly” kick off ” meeting with Local WSP Team. Send OA to customers at the end of each meeting.
  • Attend and participate in weekly production meeting. Make customers aware of any changes effecting the scheduled delivery.
  • Work with project accounting to resolve customer issues as needed.
  • Coordinate Warranty orders as they arise. That effect the WSP unit.
  • Travel to other Valmet locations as needed or directed.

Qualifications

Associates degree preferred, preferably within a business-related or technical field of study and /or two to five years experience and /or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
