Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring efficient communication between internal teams and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.
  • rack and update order statuses for clients.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about products or services.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and any other relevant information.
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to client emails and phone calls.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, meetings, and presentations with clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Coordinate the flow of information between the sales team and other departments.
  • Assist in the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials for events.
  •  Manage hotel courtesy blocks for clients hosting events or weddings, ensuring room availability and facilitating reservations.
