Support and manage the sales team by recruiting and training salespersons, conducting daily reviews, monitoring sales and debtors, performing fieldwork, handling complaints, following up proposals, preparing daily reports, and ensuring compliance and strong customer service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruit salespersons
  • Conduct daily review meeting and training
  • Monitor sales on a daily basis
  • Perform field work with the sales force
  • Promote customer service within the sales team
  • Prepare daily reports of roll call and production of the sales team
  • Follow up of proposals
  • Monitoring of overall debtor's portfolio of the hub
  • Attend to complaints as and when required
  • Ensure compliance code is applied at all times

Candidate's Profile

  • Holder of a Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent
  • Degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration would be an advantage
  • Working experience in insurance industry would be an advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years in an outside sales role
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications
  • A recent clean certificate of character
  • Holder of a valid motor car driving license
  • Proven outside sales experience
  • Strong consultative sales skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent organisational Skills

 

NoteOffer will be made initially on a fixed term contract of 3 months, and person will be based at St Antoine Hub.

Skills Required
