Hastings Deering currently have an opportunity as a Construction Industries Sales Coordinator based at Acacia Ridge.
This integral role will support our Construction Industries sales activities as the central focal point for all new equipment sales and processes.
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:
- Coordinate and execute the process for new equipment purchases
- Engage with multiple internal stakeholders, including Sales, Management, Equipment Assembly, as well a multiple vendors and Caterpillar to effectively coordinate and manage the equipment to customer.
- Coordinate customer calls through the build through to delivery process.
- Ensure all relevant information is entered into the Delivery Experience Tracker and AX and maintain all processes, controls and records as per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Assist with AX and system financial issues and any other sales support and administration activities as required
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Experience with Microsoft AX or alternate ERP systems will be highly advantageous!
- Proficient in general computer applications
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong customer service focus
- Desire to grow and develop your career in an energetic sales team!
