About the Team/Role
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for responding to Requests for Proposal, assisting Sales Directors in various areas (assembling materials, in-office support while Sales Directors travels, follow-up questions, including consultant calls and presentations), traveling for enrollment meetings, assisting with event planning, managing opportunities in our CRM system and all other duties as assigned.

Responds in a timely manner Requests for Proposal (two business days or as stated) also ensuring the proposals are accurate and complete
Phone calls and e-mails are to be handled with immediate attention – with a goal of resolution in under four hours.
Work efficiently in a team environment
A full understanding of the relationship between the consultants, employers, and Sales Team
The ability to manage the logistics of travel throughout the country. Plan and set up own travel schedule, reservations, and logistics required for meetings
Responsible for assisting all Sales Team members by answering questions and providing education.
Handles all inquiries professionally and courteously and with accuracy
Promotes a favorable image of WEX through positive interactions with all internal WEX staff members and external customers maintaining their confidence in us
Researches/investigates all inquiries utilizing reference materials
Understands and applies confidentiality guidelines
Follows customer service standards
Work to stay current with industry trends & updates
Conduct presentations and provide product training/demonstrations to new clients and participants. Participate in monthly Sales Team development meetings
Track and update channel and client contacts using tracking software
Travel 1-5 times per year
Must possess a high level of emotional intelligence whether on the road or in the office
Interacts with consultants in a professional manner. Takes immediate action to meet requests and needs. Has the ability to differentiate between exceptional and good customer service. Must have the ability to listen, evaluate and exercise independent judgment
Must be able to maintain confidentiality when using sensitive material.
Must have the ability to organize and prioritize work and schedule. Must be able to effectively plan projects and multi-task.
Understands the importance of working relationships with our channel and internally, all members of WEX.
Works to protect and foster these relationships.

Experience you'll bring
Highschool diploma
College degree, preferred
1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer or partner facing role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable communicating with internal/external stakeholders at all levels
Health/employee benefits experience, preferred
