Join our Team
Maintains all Sales & Marketing files leads in accordance with established hotel procedures and standards. Delivers workplace in a neat and orderly manner. Assists sales team in all administrative purposes.

 
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who possess
 

Maintains reservation book properly.

1.               Assists sales team in all administrative purposes

2.               Responsible of all filing, providing sales persons with office equipment and delivering a workplace in a neat and orderly manner

3.               Demonstrates thorough product knowledge when communicating with clients

4.               Maintains and utilize a thorough knowledge of the competition

5.               Conducts hotel site inspections

6.               Qualifies business potential during sales call and telemarketing calls

7.               Preparing sales offers (TI and groups )

8.               Entering sales offers to system (Golden S&C)

9.               Keeps Golden S&C dashboard clean and updated, follows up and controls with the team members

10.            Prepares weekly and monthly sales call reports

11.            Collects sales team member’s activity reports and shares with his/her department head.

12.            Organize schedule for morning meetings and coordinated the outlook calender with the team members

13.            Prepares for morning meeting

14.            Controls groups and its resumes matching

15.            Maintains smooth communications with reservations, catering and other operational departments

16.            Updates Meyer and double check with schedule for month end HR documents

17.            Enters complimentary forms in system for room, amenity and transportation

18.            Keep updated outlook calender for complimentary stays

19.            Writes welcome notes for complimentary and special rated advisors

20.            Prepares resumes for famtrips and organize gifts and welcome notes

21.            Performs other tasks or projects as assigned by his/her superiors

The ideal candidate has Minimum of  1 years experience working as a Sales Coordinator

Experience in hotel operations, preferably Four Seasons or other service environments or experience managing in diverse cultures.
