Compensation:

78 000 SGD - 90 000 SGD + RSUs


The role:

The Sales Coordinator function plays a pivotal role in the Sales Enablement team at Wise Platform by supercharging the success of our Commercial org. Sales Coordinators are a key part of the deal-flow process, supporting our Business Development and Account Management teams by managing and enhancing the end to end sales process. The role’s focus is on tasks that increase opportunity creation, deal-flow velocity and conversion ratios for partners through driving GTM strategy, creating sales tools and process management. The role works cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Delivery and other teams to enable maximum velocity through our sales cycle. There are two key work streams the coordinator role will cover - account coordination and event coordination 


Your Mission: 

  • Maintain our target account list in the region in collaboration with the Sales team and update as needed.

  • Produce account plans from early stage engagements of target accounts and enhance through the opportunity. These will detail an understanding of the target account, their offering, customer base, global footprint and a comprehensive stakeholder map.

  • Nurture account stakeholders to ensure they are fully aware of our offering and identify buying signals. Also ensure they are invited to our internal events and round tables as well as arranging connects at industry events.

  • Collaborate with marketing to define an account based marketing campaign to target the key stakeholders with relevant collateral and thought leadership content through direct outreach and social channels.

  • For opportunities you will own the project plan which lists out all actions and milestones in the deal-flow with a synopsis of the work streams to be undertaken. Assign action owners (internally and externally) with timelines for completion and hold those owners accountable.

  • Where needed, support on specific work streams within the opportunity such as providing data analysis on payment routes or creating sales collateral.

  • Maintain the accuracy of Salesforce by ensuring all deal-flow teams are updating appropriately and in a timely manner.

  • For conferences and events you will work with the regional sales teams to produce a target partner list for each event, which could be derived from event delegate information, our current opportunity lists, target account lists and previous event attendees.

  • Align with sales and marketing to set desired target number of meetings / attendees for the event in question and track performance against these targets and provide regular updates to sales, marketing and the event group.

  • Contribute towards additional projects that will advance both the Sales Enablement and Sales functions within Wise Platform.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of supercharging revenue through sales, sales enablement or strategy roles.

  • Experience of creating engaging sales collateral to position the value of a product or service.

  • Analytically astute with the ability to interpret large volumes of data.

  • Excellent collaborator that is able to bring a group of individuals together and focus on achieving a shared goal.

  • Detail-oriented and organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • A proactive and creative thinker who can contribute fresh ideas to the team.

  • Preferably work in a payment or fintech environment previously.

  • Second language desirable, preferably Mandarin.
