Gartner is currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator. You will provide support to our GVP through activities such as arranging meetings, providing administrative support, organizing & coordinating local events, and supporting High Tech and Invest activities.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage GVP calendar to schedule Ops reviews, manage inbox along with weekly management meetings, general calendar management, and booking rooms for meetings if in office
  • Prepare and gather information for Monthly and Quarterly Recognition Meetings
  • Leverage data on sales performance to assist with recognition efforts and the coordination of team meeting presentations
  • Prepare, coordinate and conduct meetings (i.e. Quarterly Ops Meetings) as needed
  • Manage smaller ad hoc projects as needed to support the HTI business which may include event planning, team building, communication campaigns and change management
  • Support operations team as needed. Maintain ownership and access of all HTI sites on SharePoint, drives, OneNote and archival materials of meeting recordings and materials
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Support GVP to develop innovative ideas for team collaboration, team meetings and general team engagement
  • Keep up to date with Google/MS teams enhancements/training to advise VPs and Sales Managers on how best to leverage technology for meetings. Use the latest Gartner-approved technology for presentations
  • Keep org charts and distribution lists updated on the correct Google drives
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with sales teams, ensuring they have the relevant admin tools available to carry out their roles effectively 
  • Liaise with Facilities to ensure the team's office space is maintained in a manner which reflects the professionalism and spirit of the organization 
  • Predict, own and manage any office/desk moves so "real estate" is used most effectively 
  • Ensure all authorized expenditure is in line with company guidelines and is incurred as cost-effectively as possible
  • Adhere to company travel policy when booking travel and ensure cost-effective options are utilized
  • Raise requisitions and process invoices in accordance with company approved processes and within budget as relevant
  • Check Salesforce systems for lead actioning rates, leverage data to help drive efficient lead actioning rates
  • Support high quality execution of Quarterly Sales Campaigns, drive timely Prospect registrations, Agenda Building, POC execution
  • Attend monthly marketing meetings and inform Sales about virtual events, schedule placeholders, registration updates, etc. Manage marketing database, inform AEs how to send invitations, and perform other marketing liaison as necessary

What you’ll need:

  • Highly organized, team player and great deal of self-motivated ownership
  • Must have strong skills in (Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Concur, SharePoint, Teams) etc. Additional programs such as Smartsheets, PPT, PowerBI, Advanced Excel are a plus
  • Ability to summarize and capture minutes, actions and take initiative on follow up actions.
  • A self-starter with ability to independently manage work and drive multiple deliverables concurrently
  • Event planning experience is a plus.
  • Must have ability to stay ahead in a constantly changing environment
  • Detail oriented and able to anticipate needs
  • Creativity and innovation, assess process improvement opportunities
  • Broad understanding of project management with the ability to manage project from start to finish
  • Must be highly organized, strong time management skills and ability to handled tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Must be exceptional at driving a high degree of accountability, not afraid to follow up with senior leaders on deliverables
  • Capacity to work on multiple projects at once and ability to complete multiple assignments and monitor workflow required
  • Critical Thinker- ability to analyze and solve problems

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 43,200 USD - 59,800 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
