What we are looking for

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for quoting via Salesforce, order processing multiple orders in a day, supporting perpetual to cloud licenses, helping with support ticket escalations, and acting as an out of office back up. You will also work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

To be successful as a Sales Coordinator, you should have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You should also have a strong knowledge of SOTI One products and services, as well as Salesforce and other CRM tools. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team and handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Booking and coordinating meetings

  • Receive incoming sales requests and compile the necessary documents to support the need

  • Manage and maintain sales-related documents throughout the sales process

  • Gather materials and assemble information packages

  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in SalesForce

  • Participate in local and international (mainly in Europe) events and trade shows to support SOTI’s sales teams and resellers

  • Act as a point of contact with our Channel Partners and customers to assist with creating business letters, creating quotes in our CRM and re-working quotes and orders

  • Researching contacts on behalf of the sales team

  • Fine tuning data records in the CRM system

  • Work collaboratively with the sales team across the region and with the regional manager

  • Collect data to create reports

  • Expediting and closing sales quotes

Experience You’ll Bring

  • 1-2 years of experience in a role within customer service or the administrative field

  • Ability meet deadlines in a timely manner

  • Well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

  • Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative and fast-paced environment

  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a high degree of initiative, a can-do attitude, results and goal-driven mindset and the ability to achieve set targets

  • Polished customer service skills and an ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times

  • Organizational ability and attention to detail

  • Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments and a positive attitude

  • Good computer skills (MS Office)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluent in Dutch and English is essential
