About the Opportunity
This role is responsible for supporting the Sales and Client Success functions for SKUvantage|Salsify ANZ. You will work closely with Client Success Managers and Account Executives and our external clients and prospects, ensuring support tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
This position is a Part-Time position working 3 days from our Office.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop knowledge of our suite of solutions and value proposition
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and industry knowledge
- Support our ‘digital touch’ clients by monitoring and responding to customer emails
- Monitor registrations to our online learning platform, ensuring completion and adoption
- Administrative tasks including preparing spreadsheets
- Support the Sales team to identify and qualify our next ideal customer
- Execute on outbound prospecting techniques and qualifying leads at a pace and quality to assist the Sales team to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals
- Prepare quotes in our CRM as required
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, customer presentations and proposals as required
- Support prospecting campaigns, scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations as required
- Help update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Sales support for new client onboarding as needed
- Keep sales process updated in confluence as required
- Support reporting of all lead and sales activity as needed
- Assist with other tasks as required
Skills required:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Fast learning team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
- Organized and disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success
- Experience with or ability to learn web applications such as Salesforce and LinkedIn
