JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team, service team as well as new prospects and clients during various phases of the sales process utilizing excellent administrative and customer service skills while focusing on core business functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service and/or sales positions • Experience with either process or systems that manage client retention, pricing functions, onboarding functions, and/or protected customer information

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time

• Ability to learn new systems and processes at an aggressive pace

• Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from internal teams, groups of managers, clients and customers

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form • Technical skills are mandatory and proficient in Outlook, Microsoft, Typing

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulation

• Energetic and collaborative with the team and a high level of dedication

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviewing and updating new prospect and client details into the sales CRM accurately

• Having a clear understanding of all requirements for a correct medical underwriting submission

• Working with business consultants, referral partners, and prospects to obtain all necessary information to prepare a complete submission for medical underwriting •

Reviewing and analyzing quality of information received for medical underwriting by identifying and resolving errors and missing requirements

• Tacking the progress of each medical submission assigned to keep the sales team updated on outstanding information needed

• Having a clear understanding of all requirements for a new client to move into implementation

• Accurately preparing and sending contracts and additional closing documents to new prospects/clients

• Working with business consultants, referral partners and prospects/clients to obtain all required documents and information needed to begin the implementation process

• Identifying and communicating deadlines to business consultants and prospects/clients to meet timeline requirements

• Reviewing and analyzing quality of information received for implementation by identifying and resolving errors and missing requirements

• Tacking the progress of each client assigned during the closing/pre-implementation process to keep the sales team updated on outstanding information needed

• Follow up with business consultant and clients/prospect on outstanding deliverables during both the medical underwriting and closing/pre-implementation process to meet timeline requirements effectively

• Coordinating internal meetings to discuss new clients moving into implementation

• Working together with the sales team, new clients and the implementation team to ensure the successful transition of all new clients onto our services

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
