Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Sales Coordinator position. On-the-job training provided for future Sales Consultant opportunities!

We are looking for a goal-oriented, empathetic, and curious person looking for an opportunity to gain experience in an inspirational, growing industry where you will positively impact the lives of seniors. Recent college graduates and individuals with a background in hospitality, dining services, customer service, or financial services are welcomed!


In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales & Marketing team with various duties, such as planning and executing marketing events, communicating with prospects, scheduling visits/appointments for the sales consultants, entering accurate contact/account information in Salesforce (CRM), completing timely reports, and monitoring/ordering sales and marketing collateral. Assists the sales team with creating an outreach strategy and conducting outreach visits.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in sales, marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication and presentation/public speaking skills

Pay Range$19.52 - $27.76 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
