Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support sales operations in the HVAC/AC segment. The role involves handling customer coordination, preparing quotations, managing orders, and ensuring smooth internal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Prepare quotations for AC units (Split AC, Cassette AC, VRF systems, etc.)
Process sales orders and maintain records

Customer Coordination:

Handle inquiries related to products, pricing, delivery, and installation
Follow up for order confirmations and payments

Documentation:

Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports
Maintain customer and sales data in CRM/Excel

Internal Coordination:

Coordinate with warehouse for product availability
Schedule installation with technicians
Manage service requests

Sales Tracking:

Monitor targets and prepare daily/weekly reports
Track pending orders and dispatch status

RequirementsRequired Skills:

Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
Strong communication skills
Customer handling & follow-up skills
Good organization and multitasking ability
Basic knowledge of HVAC/AC products (preferred)

Qualifications:

Any Degree / Diploma (Business, Marketing, Mechanical, or related field)
HVAC / appliance industry experience is a plus

Skills Required

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas
Strong communication skills
Customer handling and follow-up skills
Good organization and multitasking ability
