We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Sales Coordinator to support the SVP of Sales and help keep our Ad Sales organization running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is interested in media, advertising, and sales operations, and who enjoys being the connective tissue across a busy department.
You’ll work closely with the SVP of Sales, Sales leadership, and cross-functional partners to manage calendars, coordinate workflows, prepare reporting, and ensure the sales team operates efficiently day to day. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to senior leadership and a front-row seat to how a modern media sales organization operates.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the SVP of Sales, including complex calendaring, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
Help the SVP run the sales department by tracking priorities, deadlines, and key initiatives
Assist with sales reporting, pipeline tracking, forecasts, and performance summaries
Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, pitch materials, campaign recaps, and internal documentation
Help track campaign activity, generate contracts and order confirmations, and compile reports
Act as a liaison between Sales, Ad Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to keep campaigns and processes moving smoothly
Communicate professionally with clients and external partners as needed
Maintain organization across multiple workstreams in a deadline-driven environment
Learn quickly about the evolving world of podcast and video advertising and media sales operations
1–3 years of experience in media, marketing, sales coordination, operations, or an administrative/support role (internships count)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing calendars, schedules, and competing priorities for senior leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Calm under pressure, resourceful, and proactive about solving problems
A team player who can also work independently and take ownership of tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Google Slides, Keynote, or Salesforce is a plus
Curious about how media, storytelling, and advertising intersect

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $23.50-31.25 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
