Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in achieving the revenue target by coordinating with the customers and ensuring collection of customer company documents which is required for reports preparation
- Rigorous follow ups with customers for documents or management discussion is required on a day-to-day basis to maintain continuous inflow of documents
- Work towards ensuring that customers have a good experience of working with D&B throughout by coordinating closely with Clients, Sales team and Operations team and act as the SPOC to ensure the process functions smoothly
- Leading review calls with Head of department, Ops team and sharing updates on inventory cases and highlighting risks if any
- To get confirmation from the client on the Report Acceptance, Hard Copy Dispatch and procure Testimonials wherein Hard Copy is to be dispatched
- Managing the online MIS with minimal % of errors for smooth flow of information between the Ops and CS team. Timely and accurate updation of the online MIS
- Inventory Management – Keeping a tab on the inventory of the region at all times
- Revenue Forecasting – Gauging the revenue for the month against the target and raise red flags wherein concern is seen
- Client Engagement
- Communication on the checks/enquiries to renewal clients
- Monthly distribution of various newsletters (WW, the Budget, BoI etc.) to clients
- Arranging for Webinar-Monthly or quarterly as an when informed for clients and prospects
- MIS/Updates to be shared on fortnightly basis
- Database Management for various email blasts
- Ad hoc task shared by the Head of Department
Key Requirements
- Team Collaboration
- To be able to collaborate and execute the assigned tasks on a day-to-day basis most efficiently and deliver results
- Building knowledge on the assigned process to be an SME (Subject matter expert) in that area
- Backup roles are defined hence should be taken up without reminders to support the team
- Communication & Responsiveness
- Being grounded in ethics and integrity while communicating with leaders and peers. Should consider the impact of their traits and actions
- Responsiveness towards email requests, meeting invites etc. should be as prompt
- Good persuasion Skills
- Good interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ownership & Approach
- Owning the task is critical hence imperative to ensure task completion within acceptable timelines
- Out of box thinking to solve problems faced and have a structure in place to ensure no lapse
