Position Overview

The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting branch sales operations, sales performance tracking, and operational execution across branches. This role works closely with branch sales teams and cross-functional departments to improve operational efficiency, maintain data accuracy, and support sales initiatives that drive business performance.


What you'll drive:


1. Sales Operations Support

  • Support daily sales operations across branch networks
  • Coordinate and follow up on sales-related activities and operational tasks
  • Prepare and maintain sales documents, reports, and operational records
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales and enrollment data in internal systems
  • Support branch teams in operational execution and issue resolution
  • Support branch events and activities

2. Sales Performance & Data Tracking

  • Monitor and track branch sales performance and sales KPIs
  • Consolidate sales data and prepare regular performance reports
  • Track lead status, conversion performance, and campaign effectiveness
  • Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams
  • Support basic sales analysis to assist management decision-making

3. Process & Operational Improvement

  • Support implementation and improvement of sales processes and operational workflows
  • Coordinate rollout of sales campaigns, promotions, and operational initiatives
  • Ensure branch compliance with sales operation standards and processes
  • Support adoption of new operational tools, systems, and procedures

4. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Academic, Finance, and Branch Operations
  • Support communication and execution of sales initiatives across branches
  • Assist in organizing branch activities, campaigns, and operational projects
  • Ensure smooth coordination between head office and branch teams
What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Coordinator, or Business Operations
  • Strong coordination and communication skills · Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM or sales management systems
  • Data reporting and operational analysis skills
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Strong ownership and accountability
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends when required

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields
