Sales Coordinator - Flemish speaking for our Amsterdam office

Are you ready for a rewarding role in a truly international environment?
As a Sales Coordinator, you will promote our Global EF Language Abroad programs to potential students with the support of your local Amsterdam and Global Sales Teams. You will engage with customers personally, via email, and over the phone, guiding them from their first inquiry until they return home from their trip.
This position is ideal for candidates with initial work experience who are ready to take the next step in building their corporate career.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Selling Language Study Abroad Programs: Use our internal database to sustain a successful long-term promotion strategy
- Excellent Communication: Maintain a high-volume of outbound tele-promotion calls daily to potential students
- Team Spirit: Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team promotion goals with a positive, competitive attitude
- Relationship building: Represent EF Language Abroad at fairs and Universities to meet prospective students throughout the year
- Teamwork: Build strong relationships with our global and diverse Promotion and Campus Teams to provide students with the best EF Language Abroad experience
*This position is fully on-site. We believe that in-person collaboration enhances creativity, enables spontaneous exchange of ideas, and fosters strong team cohesion, elements that are essential for achieving outstanding results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Full fluency in Dutch/Flemish (reading, writing, speaking)
- Someone who is detail-oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 1+ years’ experience in customer service and/or Telemarketing
- Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus!
- All additional languages are a plus!

Skills Required
- Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Full fluency in Dutch/Flemish (reading, writing, speaking)
- 1+ years' experience in customer service and/or telemarketing
- Ability to perform high-volume outbound tele-promotion and use internal CRM/database
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
