Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the daily operations for our Data Center Solutions Team and be based in Hoofddorp, NL. Some of the main responsibilities:
- Supply and demand management between Delta factories and customers
- Customer inquiry support and coordination for regular channel partners’ sale inquiries
- Regular pricelists maintain and update support
- Report collection and reminder to sales team with some preliminary integration.
- Support on making instructions for trip application, expense reimbursement through our internal system.
- Regular Data Center meeting arrangement and reminder (like Monthly team meeting etc.)
- Marketing event support when needed.
- Following up on projects
- Support monthly sales report with providing accurate information, sales report consolidation
Qualifications
- 5+ years proven working experience in Logistics position for Electronics products.
- Capability in handling dynamic supply and demand activities in operating systems, strong experience in SAP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any second European Language or Chinese is considered a plus
- Profession in negotiation and collaboration with other functions internally.
- Customer-oriented attitude, attention to detail, work accurately and timely
- Experience in project management, supplier management, and sales administration
- Posession of driving licence (open to travel when needed)
