WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and curiosity -- making every interaction feel personal, not transactional

• Guide guests through the vehicle selection process with confidence, honesty, and care -- matching the right Subaru to their lifestyle and needs

• Present and demonstrate vehicles in a way that connects features to what actually matters to each guest

• Build and maintain a pipeline of guest relationships through consistent follow-up and CRM discipline

• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a seamless, transparent purchase experience

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high guest satisfaction scores

• Represent the Subaru brand and Swickard's hospitality standards in every conversation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven success and experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or guest-facing service

• Previous automotive sales experience welcome -- not required

• A natural communicator who listens well, earns trust quickly, and follows through

• Self-motivated with a competitive drive and a team-first attitude

• Comfortable with technology -- CRM tools, digital communication, and online lead follow-up

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• A genuine hospitality mindset -- you treat every guest interaction like it matters, because it does
