We’re hiring Sales Consultants who want to launch a career in automotive sales. Whether you’re coming from retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role, we provide the training, structure, and support to help you succeed.
Why This Role MattersAs a Sales Consultant, you are the face of the dealership and the driver of the customer experience. You’ll help customers find the right vehicle for their needs, navigate the purchase or lease process, and feel confident and cared for from start to finish. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction, dealership performance, and your own earning potential.
The RoleCustomer Experience & Sales- Greet and assist customers in a professional, hospitality-driven manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Build relationships that drive repeat and referral business
- Follow a structured sales process from initial contact to delivery
- Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems
- Work with sales managers and F&I to finalize deals
- Manage multiple customers in a fast-paced environment
- Learn Honda products, features, and technology
- Stay current on incentives and market trends
- Participate in ongoing coaching and development
- Strong communication and people skills
- Previous sales or hospitality experience strongly preferred. No automotive or sales experience required — we train.
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Motivation to earn and grow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
