WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Greet and engage guests, assess their needs, and present vehicles that align with their preferences and lifestyle
• Conduct product demonstrations, answer questions, and provide test drives that highlight the performance and features of the BMW lineup
• Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in values -- securing sales agreements while ensuring every guest feels respected and well-served
• Maintain strong product knowledge of dealership inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings
• Track guest interactions in the CRM system and follow up consistently to build lasting relationships
• Support dealership sales goals through professional presentation, participation in events, and adherence to dealership standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Demonstrates a high HQ (Hospitality Quotient) -- kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
• Proven success and experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or guest-facing service
• Minimum of one year of automotive sales or comparable sales experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to learn new vehicle features quickly
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales targets
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
