What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll deliver a seamless customer journey through strong product knowledge, accurate guidance, and professional service.

  • Develop strong product knowledge, including competitor models and market trends

  • Analyse pricing, promotions, and new model launches

  • Provide accurate advice on financing and insurance solutions

  • Guide customers through relevant LTA guidelines and processes

  • Deliver a seamless sales experience from first contact to post‑delivery follow‑up, in line with PML standards

  • Provide exceptional service with professionalism, integrity, and care

Who We’re Looking For 

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of retail continental car sales experience (other relevant sales experience may be considered)

  • Possess valid Class 3 driving license

  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable adopting new digital tools

  • Comfortable creating and/or engaging with content on social media

  • Sales‑driven, target‑oriented, and motivated by results

  • Self‑motivated and proactive, with strong drive to achieve targets

  • Proven strong sales track record

  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment

  • Customer‑centric with a proactive and service‑oriented mindset

Skills Required

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
