• Meet with pre-set, qualified appointments provided by our internal team — no cold knocking required

• Generate your own opportunities to maximize earnings (additional commission for self-generated leads)

• Consult with homeowners in their homes, build trust, and design solutions that refresh their space

• Present a high-demand, premium product that sells itself when delivered with confidence

• Ask for the sale and close — because that’s where the reward lives

We’re looking for:

• Current in-home sales professionals (home improvement, construction, remodeling, roofing, windows, etc.)

• Real estate professionals seeking consistent, high-ticket earning potential

• Outside sales reps who excel in face-to-face environments

• Motivated entry-level candidates with competitive drive and strong communication skills

Sales experience is a plus — but drive, coachability, and hunger to earn matter most.

• Uncapped earning potential – six figures is on the table for top performers.
