Sales Consultant

As YouGov Shopper Sales Consultant, you will closely work with Commercial, Operation and Project Execution Team, and report to the local Managing Director.

Here’s a breakdown of the main responsibilities:

• Play an active role in acquiring new clients and preparing offers and contracts.

• Delivery of research approaches and solutions that best answers the business questions of clients.

• Implement YouGov Shopper’s research products and developing business relations with clients.

• Create and maintains business relations with clients and presents them ideas for surveys that are in accordance with their business challenges.

• Be responsible for client management activities including identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to broaden YGS’s penetration into the clients business.

• Works on tasks related to marketing activities, including cooperation with media (creating PR materials, actively takes part in conferences).

• Preparing proposals, contracts, and final reports for clients.

• Actively involved in reports production.

These are the essentials skills and experience needed:

• Previous experience in a research agency; shopper research will be an additional advantage.

• Willingness to develop and take on new challenges.

• Independent, responsible, communicative, and able to work in a team .

• Ability to organize work and timelines in the research implementation.
