Healthcare in India is seeing a phenomenal shift with inflation in healthcare costs 3x that of general inflation. A majority of Indians are unable to afford health insurance on their own; and so as many as 600mn Indians will likely have to depend on employer-sponsored insurance. Plum is on a mission to insure 10mn lives by 2025. Backed by leading global investors including Tiger Global, and Sequoia Capital, we help companies care better for their employees by providing. We’re on the lookout for passionate individuals - a team that will accelerate the sales engine for retail products, starting with term life and health insurance and in the process, help build what will be one of the most valuable verticals at Plum.
What will you be doing?
- Building the personal insurance business at Plum with a focus on insurance consulting and advisory sales function.
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to scale GTM and iterate customer experience as we scale the business.
- Consulting clients to set up the ideal life and health insurance products in line with their needs.
