- Worked in the automotive industry
- Worked in a sales position
- Worked in a customer service position
- Worked in the hospitality or food service industry
- Played team sports in high school and/or college
IF YOU:
- Listen twice as much as you talk
- Remember names
- Ask the right questions
- Build rapport
- Treat every customer equally
- Remember what you are taught
- Aren’t pushy
- Make eye contact
- Are technologically savvy
- Unafraid of Social Media
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Driver’s License

Skills Required
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to listen actively, ask appropriate questions, and treat customers equally
- Technologically savvy and comfortable using social media
- Previous automotive industry experience
- Previous sales experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous hospitality or food service experience
- Team sports experience
