Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our award-winning David Weekley Homes Team. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who realize the importance of the sales role, and how it impacts not only the company, but the experience of our homeowners and the reputation of our brand.

At David Weekley Homes, our Sales Consultants guide prospective homeowners through the process of purchasing a beautiful new home. This is done by building trust with homeowners and understanding their needs to match them with the right home, while providing an exceptional home-buying experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Guide homebuyers through the new home sales process
  • Meeting monthly/quarterly/annually sales goals
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Proactive prospecting, marketing and promoting new business
  • Proactive follow-up with prospective homeowners
  • Maintaining a relationship with the realtor community
  • Working and communicating effectively with prospective homebuyers, realtors, homeowners, and team members
  • Understanding the loan process to present to prospective homeowners

Qualifications

  • Ability to work weekends, evenings and some holidays is required
  • 2 or more years of new-home sales experience
  • Strong communication skills: both verbal and written; with the ability to speak in pictures
  • A proven background in prospecting
  • Ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
  • Commitment to act with integrity
  • Proven closing and negotiating skills
  • Follow through with commitments
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually
  • Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
