This position requires:

  • Consistently providing high levels of Guest/Customer service.
  • Assisting Guests in choosing a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their answers.
  • Ensuring our sales processes are followed consistently.
  • Following up with all incoming Guests, within our company expectations.
  • Following up with all Guests that purchased a vehicle to enhance their experience and encourage referrals.
  • Selling and delivering vehicles with excitement!
  • Ensuring each Guest receives professional demonstrations on each vehicle you show them.
  • Learning to successfully overcome objections in an honest and positive manner.
  • Working directly with fellow Team Members and Guests to develop and maintain positive relationships.
  • Being a vehicle expert through continuous ongoing company and manufacturer training.
  • Bringing a positive attitude and top-notch abilities each day.
  • A thriving passion for the automotive industry!

You will be responsible for ensuring you are consistently creating excellent experiences for our Guests, so they become buyers and repeat Guests for years to come! You would require ensuring relationships with our Guests are thriving and lasting, with high Guest satisfaction as the number one goal!

Knowledge of and previous background in automotive sales and leasing is a plus, though it is not required. We have outstanding training opportunities for those willing to grow!

The workdays for this position are Monday through Saturday, with a day off during the week. Our facilities are always closed on Sunday.

This position is paid on a commission/incentive-based Pay Plan. $42-$100k+/year (commission based). The compensation is comprised of incentives for our key metrics of Guest Service, units sold, and gross profit. There is no limit or cap on the incentive amounts!
