As a Sales Consultant at PERGOLUX, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by acting as the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them from initial inquiry to the final showroom experience. Your core purpose is to deliver an exceptional, premium consultative sales experience that converts interest into dream outdoor spaces, directly impacting our market presence in Australia.

What You’ll Do
  • Hours will be rostered between 8.30 - 10pm weekdays and 8.30am - 10pm weekends (with flexibility when required, happy work around study schedules)

  • Handle diverse customer inquiries professionally across phone, email, live chat, and face-to-face showroom sales.

  • Provide expert advice for technical and installation questions (training will be provided)

  • Collaborate closely with internal logistics, warehouse, and product development teams, as well as external transport service providers, to ensure seamless operations.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering a premium service experience aligned with our high-performance goals.

This is a casual position with competitive hourly rates, offering flexibility across weekday and weekend rosters.
